Bought for the terms. The recordings are pretty bad, and the lady speaks too fast. Not good for someone trying to learn the terms. They need to re do this and speak slowly and clearly.

Wish you would update! Videos repeat over and over. It would be great if your black belt would do the Pal Gwe forms as well.

Reinforces the fundamentals taught in the Dojang

I think that giving visual reminders is good, but Id like to hear some verbal reminders too. Especially on stances. For example to say "hey make sure you got this back stance down on this form". Nothing gets you in a Tae Kwon Do mood like a little bit of nagging. :) The quality / lighting is a little poorer in some videos too. Otherwise Im excited to use some of those defense moves on my friends! And to perhaps rejoin to world of martial arts one day. =^.^= Best of luck everyone!
